1.Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at ckl-technologies.com, including its content and features (the “Website”), operated by CKL TECHNOLOGIES (“CKL TECH”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a software engineering and cybersecurity company based in Kumasi, Ghana.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
